At Stronger Personal Training, we believe in workouts beyond walls and this outdoor, fitness boot camp designed for women utilizes revolutionary training techniques in a peaceful, outdoor setting.
The structure of our fitness boot camp is designed to develop a toned and healthy body. We incorporate the use of light dumbbells, jump ropes, and your own bodyweight to give each participant an unparalleled workout. Our personal trainers stimulate the aerobic and anaerobic systems to tone your body, lose fat, and maximize your metabolism.

Women of all fitness abilities, ages, shapes and sizes benefit from our carefully calculated exercise program. Our proven drills are made to satiate the needs of both experienced and beginner athletes at the same time. The boot camp instructors at Stronger Personal Training also demonstrate modifications of each fitness assignment. They can alter any exercise to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout to accommodate each participant’s fitness level.
Our women’s boot camp is held outside Monday through Thursday rain or shine in the rear field of Ridgedale Middle School. The school is located at 71 Ridgedale Avenue in Florham Park, NJ, 07932. The women’s boot camp will commence at 5:30 am and will end at 6:30 am.
Although the first day of boot camp is Monday May 3rd 2010, anyone can register at any time and begin their 4-week journey upon successfully registering. Each camp is four weeks in duration and camps continue all throughout the entire summer. There will be an option of attending two ($152.00), three ($228.00) or four ($304.00) times per week for four weeks. No one is left behind. A 10-day punch pass ($205) is also available for any 10 boot camp sessions within 2 months of purchase.
Equipment needed: Drinking water, exercise mat, two (2) dumbbells at five (5) lbs or eight (8) lbs, one (1) jump rope and one (1) determined spirit.
Each Camp will include: One (1) Body Composition Analysis and one (1) Customized Diet Consultation.
