"My name is Lesley Loeb and I have been training over 2 years with Final Round boxer and personal trainer, Alvaro Martinez. I am a courier and a very busy field hockey umpire during the year and in order to do these jobs well, I needed to increase my fitness level. At the same time, I also wanted to learn the sweet science of boxing. Throughout my 2+ years of training with Al, he has been an inspiration and motivator. I have increased my endurance and fitness level two fold! Having to umpire at a high level (70 minute college games, 3 times a week), I must be ready to sprint and change direction based on the game action, and working out with Al has helped me accomplish this task.

I feel better both physically and mentally and always look forward to working out with Al twice a week. He has helped me tone up and push my limits to achieve more physically than I have in years working out at different gyms/spas. I have become more fit, faster and more self confident in what I can do. As to the boxing, there is not a more intensive workout than this and I absolutely love it!
