Question: Do I need to be in shape before I start a Stronger Personal Training program?
Answer: No, you do not need to be in shape before starting a fitness regimen with Stronger Personal Training. SPT’s programs are designed to work for individuals of all fitness levels, including people that have lead a sedentary, non-athletic, and/or unhealthy lifestyle.

Q. I’ve never boxed before but I really want to learn. Would you be able to teach me?
A. Yes! Our specialty is US Olympic style boxing. Stronger Personal Training boxing experts are experienced, qualified, and certified boxers and coaches. They will mold anyone into a boxer as they have hundreds of times before. We have trained people of all different ages, sizes, and fitness levels into becoming the boxer they desire to be.

Q. You were referred to me by a boxer you currently train for competition however, I don’t want to box; I just want to get into better shape. Do you take clients who do not want to box?
A. Absolutely. Although everything we teach our clients are basic functional fitness concepts, we have a large clientele that use the boxing program to reach their own personal and fitness goals faster.

Q. How do I know you will help me achieve my personal fitness goals?
A. We have been successful in helping all of our clients reach their individual fitness goals countless times. Our unique blend of real world experience and our incessant craving to be educated in the latest fitness trends and training techniques gives our clients a premier training experience.

Q. Are you able to evaluate my fitness progress periodically?
A. Of course. We will complete an initial fitness assessment and test you periodically as we progress through your program. Your trainer will guide and explain to you the results of your assessments each time one is taken. In addition, a profile of your body composition can be made, which will better help us track your progress.

Q. What kind of exercises do you use in your typical training program for your regular clients?
A. This is a difficult question to answer using specific details because we create a one of a kind fitness prescription for each individual we work with. However, we can assure you that we use innovative, challenging, and safe training techniques that vary depending on ones’ private and personal goals.

Q. I am really busy and only have time to train with you one time per week. Is that permitted?
A. Sure, although as fitness experts, we advise all of our clients to exercise at least two or three times per week whether alone or with us. But yes, training with one of our fitness professionals once per week is definitely permitted. S/he can explain other ways of adding functional fitness exercise into your daily schedule to assist you in reaching your goal.

Q. Where would we meet for our personal training sessions?
A. All personal and boxing training takes place at Final Round Boxing and Fitness located at 156 Algonquin Parkway in Whippany, NJ. At Final Round, there are showers, locker rooms, and a free towel service in the facility. Although a gym membership is not included, our clients have access to the Olympic training facility and its services including private sports massages, nutritional counseling services, and other specialty fitness opportunities.

Q. I’m interested in enrolling for your women’s boot camp. What does it entail?
A. The women’s boot camp is a complete, full body, exercise program that combines resistance and cardiovascular training using each participant’s own body weight, in addition to specific fitness equipment. This is a unique fitness experience in the way the women participating motivate one another through the program. Together as a united cohort, these ambitious women pull and push one another to achieve their personal goals. While the women participating in the boot camp have different fitness goals, they cohesively hold one another’s hand or kick one another’s butt in order to successfully complete the program together.
